Description

The Bao Zhong is a renowned Taiwanese oolong characterized by the unique shape of its long crumpled leaves, as well as its light oxidation. It is traditionally produced in the Pinglin district. This tea boasts a sweet and buttery initial fragrance and then develops lovely floral notes. These develop against a spectacular texture with a long finish. In order to bring out all the aromatic complexity of this tea, we recommend mutiple infusions multiples using the traditional Chinese Gong Fu Cha method.
