Organic Asanoka by Mr. Ichiji

תה ירוק מקַגוֹשִימָה, יפן – קְטִיף רִאשׁוֹן ‎2025

This tea, from the first harvest of the year, comes from the city of Shibushi, in the south of Kagoshima prefecture. It is produced by Mr. Ichiji from the asanoka cultivar, famed for its roundness and natural umami profile.

A fully rounded ichibancha which develops iodised, vegetal and marine notes followed by hints of butter and milk.
