A powerful black tea with infinitely woody notes.

Sri Lanka turned to tea cultivation in the 19th century to replace its coffee plantations. A distinctive profile then emerged under the historic name of Ceylon, meaning "lion", the country's national symbol.

A characterful Ceylon with strong tannins and intense woody notes. Perfect for a lively morning wake-up, it is one of the most full-bodied black teas. It also proves excellent with a dash of milk.
