Sencha tea makes up 80% of Japan's tea production, it is the most popular tea in the country. Both vivacious and generous, it is especially renowned for its refreshing fragrance and its vegetal notes. Of particular note it its unique production method: following steaming, the leaves are rolled into very fine needles.
