Description

Harvested in the heights of Shan Lin Xi, this gao shan cha ("high mountain tea") is characterised by its deep-roasted leaves. It is produced in a similar way to the rock teas of the Fujian province which are roasted over coal fires.

This is the epitome of high mountain teas – a smooth and sophisticated tea in which the fruity fragrances of the roasted leaves come to the fore.
