Description This rooibos comes from the Cederberg region in South Africa. Strictly speaking, it is not a tea, as it is not made from tea plants, but rather bushes from the Fabaceae family of plants, which grow on mountainous and dry lands. Unlike classic (red) rooibos, green rooibos leaves are not oxidised. It offers a palette of more vegetal and fruity notes, whilst maintaining the hints of vanilla typically found in a classic Rooibos. Its aromatic profile is fresher and more sour.
