Description

This green tea is from the Yellow Mountains in Anhui. It is named after the monk Da Fang who created it during the Song dynasty. Like Long Jing, its leaves are flat from being pressed in a wok — a method that extracts moisture and concentrates flavours. This new-season green tea is indulgent and refreshing, revealing chestnut, grilled hazelnut and cooked-vegetable notes. A remarkable Grand Cru! This tea is organically grown and certified by an approved independent testing centre.
