Description

This renowned oolong has its traditional roots in Fujian, but Taiwan offers exceptional soil where its cultivation has developed into an art form. The Wang family have built upon the heritage of tie guan yin in this spring tea, made from the cui yu cultivar. 

Its initial fruity aroma reveals striking peach and mango notes, which develop into subtle notes of roasted hazelnut, against an endlessly silky texture.
