2020 Sheng Pu Erh Yuanji

תה כהה מִיּוּנָּאן, סִין.

This cake is made from mengku da ye tea trees growing at an altitude of 1,800 metres on Mount Dahei. Originating from Cangyuan County, it is crafted by producers of the Dai ethnic group. The leaves harvested in spring were compressed on 15 April 2020.

This magnificent pu erh unveils a complex aromatic profile where apricot, mineral and delicate floral notes intertwine.

עוגת תה פו-אר (Pu-erh) זו עברה תהליך תסיסה ומיוצרת מעצי תה מזן מֶנְגְקוּ דָה יֶה (Měngkù Dà Yè), הגדלים בגובה של 1,800 מטרים על הַר דָאהֵיי (Mount Dàhēi). מקורו של התה בְּמָחוז קָאנְגְיוּאָן (Cāngyuán County), והוא מיוצר על ידי יצרנים מִקְבוּצַת הַדַאי (Dǎi). העלים שנסקרו באביב נדחסו ב-15 באפריל 2020.
