This Grand Cru is the fruit of the remarkable expertise of Mr. Shoji, an exceptional and passionate producer based in the Shizuoka region of Japan.

Sourced from the first harvest of spring, ichibancha in Japanese, and crafted from the famous Yabukita cultivar, this green tea reflects a processing of rare precision. The work on the leaves, finely rolled into regular needles, promises a tasting of immense finesse right from the first glance.

Upon infusion, the light green liquor reveals a wonderfully smooth texture on the palate, heightened by a subtle umami flavor.
